• Parent/Guardian Information: Name, email address, phone number, and billing address.

• Student Information: Name, age, grade range and any special instructions such as medical/allergy information.

• Media: Photos and videos of students taken during class (only with explicit parental consent). Kids names will never be used.

 

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Manage class registrations and schedules.

• Check kids in and out of class.

• Process payments and send receipts.

• Communicate updates about weather cancellations or program changes.

• With your consent: Use photos/videos for marketing on social media and printed flyers.

 

Media Consent & Safety

The safety of our students is our priority.

• We only post images of students whose parents have opted-in during registration.

• We do not publish students' first or last names.

• You may revoke your media consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

• We will tag the school name.

• We will never livestream video or post pictures during class time. 

 

Payments & Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to manage our business and process payments. Each provider handles your data according to their own privacy policies:

• Wix Bookings: Used for scheduling and managing student registrations.

• Payment Services: We accept payments via Wix Payments (for credit/debit cards), Venmo, Zelle, and personal check. When you pay via these platforms, we only see the information necessary to confirm your payment (such as your account name or email address). We do not store your bank account or full credit card details on our own servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Only Wix, Venmo and Zelle sees your data through their payment processing system.

 

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

• Request that we delete your personal information.

• Opt-out of marketing emails at any time.
