Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Enrollment is only confirmed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Parents must drop off (if our class doesn’t start right after school) and pick up children promptly at the scheduled times. At least two of our coaches will stay until the last child is picked up. Please call us at 720.515.3717 if you will be more than 15 minutes late. There is a $1 charge for every minute after the 15 minute grace period.

We accept payments via credit card on this website.
Payment must be made in full before the first day of class unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations by Parent: Cancellations made at least 48 hours? before the first class are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after the session has begun unless we have a waiting list for the class.
Missed Classes: We do not offer prorated refunds or "make-up" sessions for individual classes missed due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel.
We do not issue refunds if your school closes for weather or other circumstances.

Tennis is an outdoor sport and is subject to weather conditions. In the event of rain or extreme heat, we will notify parents via email as soon as we make a decision.

Assumption of Risk: By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that tennis involves physical activity and the inherent risk of minor injury (e.g., scrapes, bruises).
Liability: Little Legends, LLC and its coaches are not responsible for injuries sustained during class or for lost/stolen personal items.
Emergency Medical Care: In the event of an emergency, you authorize the coach to seek medical attention for your child if a parent/guardian cannot be reached immediately.

To ensure a fun and safe environment for everyone, students are expected to follow the coach’s instructions. We reserve the right to ask a student to sit out or leave the program if their behavior is consistently disruptive or unsafe to others.
